The Delvina Wine Factory with a construction area of ​​1860 m2 in surface and with an underground floor of about 3 floors in depth, which is 1240 m2. The factory has a plot of land that occupies and operates 6980 m2. The factory is built with reinforced concrete. In the upper part there are 42 glass tubs, each tub weighing 20 tons. Each tub is built in the shape of a bottle, is concreted and coated from the inside with glass mud, glass liquid and finally with glass tiles. The basement is built with 42 other bathtubs in the same composition and with the same capacity of 20 tons each. In the basement, the temperature is constant 18 degrees in winter and summer. The winery has a capacity of about 3 million bottles. In the upper part there is also an area outside the tubs of about 1000 m2 for equipment, there are also 4 areas of 200 m2 and further there are four toilets and areas available for production. The factory has been renovated since waterproofing, paving of squares, external and internal plastering, aluminum windows, doors and all gates have been installed, as well as channel lighting and a camera system has been installed. Total land area is 6980 m2. There are about 100 olive trees from 20 to 25 years old, 400 grape trees, and areas with all the fruits. There is greenery everywhere. Now the winery is functional in agrotourism. Everything is produced in the factory. The object is fenced and everything responds to the time and the door is opened with a control panel. There is also a fountain in front of the winery. On the second floor of the building above the toilets there is a residential house of about 140 m2.
